Very good debate. I enjoyed it. 1.5 hours non-stop.

Joe held his own, Trump danced all around him like Mohamed Ali -
float like a butterfly, sting like a bee:-)

Takeaways:
Trump - you have the nerve to start raking Hunter Biden over the coals???
Hunter Biden is not running for president, Joe is. Damn.

Biden - fewer people working today than when Trump took over.
Yea, really, Joe?? You think *your* parties lockdowns had a play here?

But overall, I give Trump the edge, especially when he started citing cases of voter fraud going on right now.

Joe said he wouldn't defund police and he also said he didn't support the green new deal.
Probably lost a few votes with those groups.

He didn’t deny raising taxes.

He also said he would shut down the country because of covid.

Pretty even debate with nothing too exciting.

Voter fraud is practically non-existant.

The president is telling fairy tales. Again.

Because he tried to limit Trump's interrupting?

Interrupting is not a valid debate strategy. I mean, it might be, if you had nothing else but lies backing you up.

Three things I take away from this:

1. The president refused to condemn white supremacists.

2. The president REFUSED to condemn white supremacists.

3. He even sent his commands to groups like the Proud Boys: "Stand back and stand by."

Wait, WHAT?

Chris Wallace did a decent job as moderator despite Trump's rudeness and inability to shut up.

Trump is a disgrace.

Pure and simple.

You don't constantly interrupt the other person when you have already agreed to give them two minutes to answer moderator questions.

I tried to stay up for it but fell asleep and woke up 35 mins in, watched for 15 mins but it looked a shambles of Trump constantly interrupting, the host not knowing how to control him and Biden lacking the oratory presence to override him.

Summary of my little peep: Same moves from Trump but Biden needs to up his game if he’s going to out play him. Is this old crock really the best leader America can find out of 350,000,000 people to take on Trump’s blowhard BS!?

I just watched a 30 second clip that ended with Hunter Biden apparently being dishonourably discharged from the military for cocaine use.

I can’t even imagine the pride you Americans must feel every single day, seeing how your country has ended up.

Pelosi had this right. She said that Biden should refuse to debate Trump. She said, "Why? What's the point? We know he lies."

Every time we treat this man like an actual president, Americans lose.
