Also people move. and yet they will receive a mail-in ballot.

All registered voters in Massachusetts will receive applications in the mail, not actual ballots. The mail-in ballots will be sent after a proper request.

I would imagine the majority of winred donations come from employers. Are these the only vehicles for donating to the two parties?
