Go to French to English translation and it says De Nada means You're welcome. So it is official French, not dialect.
It is a borrowed Spanish phrase used occasionally
in French speaking world as it is in English speaking world.
If it were French both the word "de" and "nada" would be
translatable from French to English. "Nada" is not. QED
