I rarely hear the words, "You're Welcome" anymore. I usually hear such phrases as, "Sure", "No worries", "My pleasure", etc.
So why is this and what do you say?

Wrong wolfgang.....De nada in French means You're welcome.
If you said nada...that means: 'it is nothing'.
