@the-gravedigger saidI agree prices are crazy. They are trying to make up for lost revenue during the past several years. Even to order one brand new customized the way you want it can take up to a year. Sometimes you are not looking a big difference between 2nd hand and new. I am assume you got the best deal available at this time.

@very-rusty saidHere's a random cut and paste that refutes your argument:
It is a cap not a hat! ๐
1. Both hats and caps fall within the category of headgear and headwear accessories. However, all hats have brims and shaped crowns, whereas a cap is less structured, and doesn't have a brim, but is never without a peak or visor.

@very-rusty saidYes, a couple of my friends have waited over a year to get their new car.

@the-gravedigger saidYes, I do also it is a world wide thing going on right now in the car industry I believe. I don't think the war going on between Russia and Ukraine are helping matters any either. Prices for everything is crazy here as it is in most places.

The word "hat" refers to any hat that covers your head, with many styles boasting a brim or visor. A "cap" is a hat that comes in a specific set of styles, with an unshaped crown and (usually) a visor in the front.
@very-rusty saidWhat you're calling a "tuque", we in the States just call a woolen cap, so yes.
A tuque is that hat too? ๐

@suzianne saidGot into an argument about tuques down in the states once. I had to find one just to show them.

@the-gravedigger saidThe Porsche PDK is excellent.
Very few high performance cars are made with a manual gearbox now. I don't think you can buy a Ferrari or Lamborghini with one.
@endlame saidProbably part of the states you were in. ๐

They said it was a hat ๐
@divegeester saidIt is, probably the best 'auto' out there.

@the-gravedigger saidYes, The gooster has 2 of them out his garage, not counting the one he drives. ๐
