Everyone with a rating over 1000 once had a rating under 1000 and will do again someday, unless he dies before getting senile.

I remember when I first joined the site I thought I could play the game well, after the provisional 20 games my rating was around 1100. That was an eye opener.

You're one of my favorite people Flash, but I don't know about Rule #3.
If a convict continues to break rules to the detriment of the site's credibility: I'm not going to restrain myself from nudging that toward the noticeable.

On the other hand, rehabilitation is always a pleasure to enable and behold. So, case by case, I guess.

The other 3 rules are staunchly rooted in common decency, if not common sense. Kudos!

I think you have more options than linking such a dig to a player's rating. (Not everybody with a rating below 1000 is a moron). By all means fire something back, but it's generally accepted poor etiquette to berate someone's family or chess ability. (Both being cheap shots).
