I will note that in other threads you and the other right wingers have claimed it does not matter IF the transgender woman has had a vaginoplasty or not (https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/treatment-tests-and-therapies/vaginoplasty-for-gender-affirmation), so why this sudden obsession with people's "junk" matters is unclear. Surely you're not suggesting that the mere presence of one type of "junk" gives one an advantage in sports competition or are you?

How many M2F athletes do we even have in competition, and why is the focus on them?
Are we supposed to believe that M2F athletes know that they cannot compete against their more masculine brothers, and therefore they endure hormone treatments and maybe some bio-horror surgery to compete against natural women of about the same age so that they can "win" some arbitrary competition that nobody in their right mind should be "competing" in, in the first place?

Probably similar absurdly low numbers in scholastic and non-NCAA sports events.
Actually the right wingers here seem to believe that Jim can lose in a men's sports competition, walk over to the women's competition in the same sport say he's now Jill, be accepted in and immediately dominate. And they believe this is extremely common and it is ruining the lives of countless cisgender women's athletes.
It's a big deal to right wingers because they've almost run out of minorities they can persecute for political advantage. But a majority still have, at the very least, a distaste for transgender persons so they are an easy target.
Extremist right wing movements almost invariably focus on directing hate towards unpopular minorities.

This is simply and easily understood that this is just confused people sadly with mental issues that should be helped instead of reinforcing and supporting them and their sickness. It takes a special kind of stupid to actually believe and support such idiocy because someone tells you it’s true.
