Whether you believe the E.T.'s or not I think the stories are intriguing .
On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) , Earth has been rated a 3. (Planets with sentient life)
So there are worse but I can help but agree with this assesment.
We are a planet of sorrows, that's why so many people feel we need to be more positive and understanding of others (among many, many other things) .
We distrust our neighbours, family and friends.
WE, the U.S. in particular seem to think that aquiring weapons is some sort of answer.
We inflame North Korea and outright lie about them.

We're racist by and large. Even though I believe all races and nationalities have more or less the same problems with unruly, idiotic people. Capitalism doesn't help. Neither do people who say clever things with the aid 20/20 hindsight.

I, myself am a realist with a positive outlook.
I abide by the law except for prohibition of drugs, and for that I am chastized here and elsewhere.
Why? because it's illegal, nothing to do with the facts.

Not it's not.

Now please tell why you think it's clouding my mind?

The likes of you are clearly the negative influences that bring our planet down.

Anyway I hardly smoke, I'm an activist.

But do tell me, in you infinite wisdom, how stopping smoking pot would change this world for the better?
(I know for a fact it would make it worse ... in the short term anyway)

Do you have any constructive, positive things to add here or are you just challenging gods designs for putting thc receptors in our bodies .. and not alcohol ones ?

This sounds like it could be an interesting thing to discuss.

I suggest you offer a more detailed definition of "sorrows" as you mean it.

And I mean the "sorrows" that people actually experience (as opposed to some of the misbehaviours you listed which may well be lamentable and detrimental to varying degrees) and how many people do you think are experiencing them and how intensely?

Actually I'm going to go out and find some weed and smoke a crap load just despite you.

Yes, I'm depressed and I'm reduced to arguing with an idiot. Shame on me

Yep. Your Community Value Rating is docked one point for letting our unapologetic abusive drunk get under your skin. It now stands at 1,038. 😛

Not good.
Alcohol is no better.

Clearly, pot is affecting your life, in a negative way.

Jesus was "a man of sorrows" according to scripture.

Just throwing that into the mix.

If the rhp JW contingent weren't extinct, so to speak, I'm sure they would pounce on this as further evidence that the end of the world was coming ...at one of their predicted dates, preferably one of the ones in the future.

Just being clear of your particular belief.
