i am in disbelief that a category of "off topic" is included as a standard forum offense needing alert
and "plagiarism" is not
lol

threads going off topic IS standard
but every schoolkid learns early on that plagiarism is a decided no-no

strange, perhaps collusion with the jackass who does it regularly, with forum moderation/management?

he brags about it!

and he goes out of his way to assert that he will not change until he's forced to do so!
