So what part of that exchange did you find to be so awful and terribly offensive?

Yes. It's right there near the bottom of page 6.
Someone asked me a question, and I answered the question. That was it. There was no getting into "discussions" over any part of it.
Question asked, question answered.

- what don’t the adds “distract” you from?
- what “benefit” would there be in subscribing?
- why would the site becoming “pay per play” be a problem?
- why would you “pay” if you don’t play here?
- why don’t you just stop pretending that you haven’t been a member here before, or indeed currently?

You might be able to frighten small children with your silly inquisition techniques. But I'm on the other end of the life scale. I haven't been a small child for several decades.
