Not from my experience. How much experience do have at breaking windows? Any?
"When officers removed DEPAPE from Pelosi’s residence, police body worn camera footage showed a glass door that appeared to be laminated glass, broken near the door handle."

"b. DEPAPE stated that he broke into the house through a glass door, which was a
difficult task that required the use of a hammer."

The same hammer that was used to beat Paul? These are not irrelevant questions you know. I am not making a fool of myself in the least. Nothing you have said has proven anything I have said wrong at all. Absolutely nothing.

You must be projecting again. Are you feeling embarrassed that it never occurred to you to ask these very simple common sense questions? Do you always swallow a story without question when you want to believe it?

Why was the glass on the outside of the house? Did he pull the glass toward him with the claw part of the hammer? These are the sorts of questions reasonable investigators ask. There is nothing conspiratorial about asking them, but it seems like that is what you want to believe.

Why are you and other partisan creatures so hostile to the questions? Is it because answering them is so difficult? It isn't my fault people are not answering those questions. Has the news media become incompetent? Is that why they are doing such a horrible job of asking common sense questions or are they being snubbed for asking?

Who is making a fool of whom here? You are clearly feeling insecure if you have to project a silly notion like that onto me. I could not feel more confident right now.

WTF is wrong with you?
The news media is now acknowledging conspiracy theories are flying fast with this, but they will not explain why the glass was on the outside as if it was broken from the inside.

Yeah, I need medication so good I cannot know the difference between breaking out and breaking in. That is all the news media needs to explain. That is all the police ...[text shortened]... those that are asking common sense questions?
Why do you think sensible questions are threatening?
Oh my God.

Dude. Get help.

Why was the glass on the outside as if it was broken from the inside? Is it heresy to ask that question?

The Paul Pelosi attack continues to grow more bizarre by the day.

"When the door was opened, Pelosi and DEPAPE were both holding a hammer with one hand and DEPAPE had his other hand holding onto Pelosi’s forearm." paragraph 10, page 3

The person who wrote the article you cited either didn't carefully read the filing or lied about what was in it.

No, you just didn't read the article. It was an article that was retracted by NBC.
You need to pay attention to who made the claim and who didn't.

I read the download. It appears that the police were inside the house when Paul was struck with the hammer. You said Paul let the police in. Your quote does not indicate that he did unless he was attacked as soon as he opened the door for the police. The video and audio evidence should be released to make it clear to everyone and end the speculation.

if Pelosi felt his life was in danger, why didn’t he call out for help? Doing so would have given the police justification to enter the house. But more confusing, if your life was in danger from a crazy person with a weapon and you knew the police were on the other side of the front door, would you open it for them and then go back to confront your attacker, or would you bolt out the front door to safety?

No. I am just asking why the broken glass was on the outside of the house?
Am I being unreasonable for asking the question?

I did suggest Paul knew the attacker. Partly because it was reported that he called his attacker a friend when he called 911. Also because it was reported that the attacker was in his underwear. I don't know if that report was true, but it did seem like they were having gay sex if it were true. Was that a false report? There sure were a lot of false reports about it going around. Even NBC had to take down a webpage assuming it was false information, but I don't know that is was. How did Paul get attacked after he let the police in? Why didn't he run out the door behind the police if he was suddenly attacked at the door? Was it a different door than the outside entrance to the house?

I am just asking questions because the answers we have gotten do not add up. Why is the video cam being kept secret. It would easily explain what happened at the door. Instead we are being given contradictory information and nobody seems motivated to ask the police how Paul could open the door and be attacked at the same time. Did Paul get attacked while unlocking the door? That would explain why the police did not stop his attacker from hitting him, but the police said they witnessed his attacker pull his hammer away from Paul before striking Paul in the head with it.

We should get to see the body cam footage of the attack. Why were the cops so slow to act? Was Paul holding the hammer while he was unlocking the door? Were they all obese cops that move like sloths?

a) who said broken glass was on the outside? Provide a link with a photo of the break-in, otherwise your speculation is dismissible without further ado.

b) prove that when a pane is struck several times, no glass can possibly fall outside, ever. Provide a link to a testing facility where panes of glass are struck with hammers repeatedly, otherwise your speculation is dismissible without further ado.

c) if a glass door opens outwards, prove that no shards can possibly fall outside while it is being pulled open after having been struck several times with a hammer, ever. Provide a link to a testing facility where doors made of glass are repeatedly struck with hammers and then opened outwards, otherwise your speculation is dismissible without further ado.

Betcha can't.

Are you illiterate? The charging Complaint says DePape was holding Pelosi by the arm when the latter opened the door. He didn't "go back to confront the attacker" as you keep falsely claiming.

News agencies usually retract stories when they realize they are false based on bad information. In the rush to "scoop" other agencies, this often happens.

This is obvious but apparently needs to be said: police and prosecutors do not feel it is their job to knock down every crank theory some loon on the internet comes up with. They'll release the 911 call and any body cam footage when required by law as part of the criminal prosecution process, not when malcontents like MB demand it.

DePape has already provided a recorded statement which amounts to a full confession. In it, he admits to breaking in the house, waking a sleeping Pelosi, threatening to tie him up, his intention to "interrogate" Nancy Pelosi and break her knees if she didn't provide what he considered adequate answers and, finally, to striking Mr. Pelosi in the head with a hammer.

I don't know how much more this defamatory "gay sex" narrative can possibly be debunked.

@Metal-Brain
You are one disgusting POS, keep up spouting the ultrarightwingnut conspiracy crap, ANYTHING to distract from the FACT JACK, the dude wanted to kidnap Nancy.
It WAS politically motivated and his own sites prove it. But that won't stop you from even more bullshyte because that is all you have, LIES. You NEVER tell the truth when a lie or two will suffice to 'prove' your POV.
