But I do not accept this right wing assertion, contrary to established State laws and a SCOTUS decision, that a transgender woman is a man. Whether they should be allowed in women's sporting events should be up to the organizers' determination, based on medical and scientific evidence, as to whether they have some unfair advantage that cannot be mitigated by measures such as USA Fencing imposed here.

Strictly binary gender partitioning is absolutely an arbitrary social construct.
TBH, I don't understand why some transgender activists and their allies/non-trans defenders would want to keep enforcing such an artificial binary construct.
Could it be that they are also allies with geeky database maintainers who don't want to change or expand a field in this or that database?
As for assertions: laws and decisions are also assertions. Whether any of those accurately describe or map reality is another matter.

The idea of exclusive women's sports is that men might have an unfair advantage. But that says nothing about transgender women. Maybe they do and maybe they don't. The best judges of that are the sports organizations themselves basing their decisions on medical and scientific evidence (also taking into account measures that might reduce or eliminate any such unfair advantage). I have no information or knowledge of what some of these competitors genitalia looks like and don't see how that would even be relevant; male genitals alone don't give you any advantage in sports except to the extent they produce testosterone (which all the organizations we have discussed have rules mandating treatments that reduce testosterone levels).
You keep ignoring the facts I present like almost every State recognizing that gender can be changed and the SCOTUS saying actions which punish transgender individuals in their employment are "sex discrimination". This just shows my thesis is correct; your and the others' concern has nothing to do with assuring fair competition.
