@no1marauder saidSo if it's proven that at sitting president was a serial rapist/murderer 20 years before he couldn't be impeached for that?
I already did - the Constitution.
I hear you're supposed to be a lawyer, if so, you must suck at it.
@AverageJoe1
All well and good to have those prequalifications for POTUS but you will STILL be voting for your god king Trump in 24 won't you.
@no1marauder saidI want your source because I don't believe the constitution says that.
I already did - the Constitution.
Did you get a fraudulent copy of the constitution?
Here is my source.

@metal-brain saidJesus Christ, it's right in the section you already quoted!

@no1marauder saidThis was my quote:
Jesus Christ, it's right in the section you already quoted!
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Yours was different. Your quote said while in office. Did you make that up?
@no1marauder
Did Biden say his butt has been wiped?

I only ask because I cannot figure out what else he would be saying.
@jj-adams saidCould he be impeached and removed for the "High Crime and Misdemeanor" of putting a tack on Johnny's chair in Fourth Grade?

@metal-brain saidNo, it didn't. I said "The Constitution says" quoted the relevant portion of the Constitution (all eight words) and explained what it meant in my own words.
This was my quote:

If you or anybody else want to dispute the Framer's meaning of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" be my guest but you'll have to use 1700s legal texts to do so (that I've already read and studied).
EDIT: Here's the history: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/10/what-does-high-crimes-and-misdemeanors-actually-mean/600343/
@no1marauder
Some 41% of respondents said they supported the idea of Congress opening an impeachment investigation into Biden related to allegations involving his son Hunter Biden, while 35% were opposed and 24% said they were not sure.

@kevcvs57 saidYou once again, missed an issue. He (WGrass)mentioned how much money was being spent on Biden, and I think that he was baiting me, or someone, to come back and say, well, look how much money was spent on the Trump debacle, where he was found innocent of any Russian connection. I had figured one would get that with my simple response to WHrass. You didn’t.
He didn’t mention trump by name check again
@no1marauder saidI did.
Read the Constitution.
It does NOT say any of the crimes must have been committed while in office.
@metal-brain saidmarerider is known as a shytweasel for a reason 👎
