No one is above the law (That includes your beloved former President) If the GOP House leadership can't make up their mind what they want, or if a vote on impeachment is necessary, don't blame that on the Bidens. The President is not responsible for internal GOP squabbling. 🙄

Impeachment is supposed to be a remedy to remove an official for misconduct in his present position.
It seems all the allegations against Joe Biden are prior to his being President, some are more than 10 years old.
So it's a sham to begin with and makes a mockery of the Constitutional provision.
