Even if Rassmussen's polling methods weren't utter outdated trash which consistently deliver inaccurate results compared to other pollsters, saying something is "somewhat likely" or even "very likely" isn't the same as "believing" it so both the title of the article and the thread are BS.
IF Rassmussen wanted to know whether people "believed" Federal agents helped incite the Capitol riot, that's the question they would have asked.
