This is a very odd post by you.

Anybody reading this thread can see (straight from the start) that you were hostile to new ideas. (Again, only you).

And if you were truly, "looking for a way EVERYONE has a chance not a few the chosen ones," - then you would be embracing these new ideas, not jumping all over them.

Strange how sometimes the truth does sound ODD isn't it? Well at least to you and a few others in your little group.

I am indeed NOT THE ONE who started talking about a cup so some could win something and you and everyone reading what has been said knows this.

Now those are all great ideas and easy to put into play for everyone. Russ even backed up the co captain idea.

Magnus Carlson the best player to ever play chess in the history of chess in many people's opinion. I think he is ranked second or third to ever play the game. I think he is still the world champion? Point is he just played "Team Chess" and I think it was in Paris. His team was from Norway and lost to a team from the middle east.

The one fact here is he played on that team to play other teams. His team was Norway.

So how can anyone say it is not a team sport. This is just silly. Guys should do your homework.

Rusty you are spot on and it was Factual. They can look up to see in 2004 Mangnus and his team from Norway plays but lost. But he may be the best to ever play this game. Nobody is close to him in this decade right now.

I am a fan of Eric Rosen who I watch and have learned a lot from.

He is allowed to have his opinion if he thinks your opinions don't help anyone or the site or the clan system. Not one idea my friend.

Rusty's ideas are all good and would help everyone not just a few. You are slipping.

The only idea I've heard is this cup so they could win something. I would like to make the Clan Challenges more competitive, having two tier Clan Championship does not accomplish that. There are some clans who are closer to us than the points show, but then there are others who are not. I really do see people wanting to Win something, human nature it is called.

Look at how many years it took you to get to where you are to day it sure didn't happen over night. You had a lot of trial and error over the years and finally you made it after more than a Decade to a Top Contender. I know at one point in time you were close to the bottom of the list if I am not mistaken about that, correct me if I am wrong.

Wanting to choose to change the rules if there is really something wrong is one thing. But that is not what this is. You are trying to find ways to win without putting the work in. Rusty has put forth good ideas but NOPE you guys don't like them. Why is that? What have you put forward? What are your ideas because I have not heard or read anything that was a good idea or an idea of any kind.

Ideas should help everyone. When Russ changed a lot of rules back in 2016 it was tough to get use to. But we worked at it and got better. As you might have noticed.

Instead of attacking those with good ideas, with none of your own, how about you put forth ideas of your own even if they are not liked. At least you tried.

Finding rules to beat the best clan doesn't seem to help the sytem at all.

My team was dead last the first two years. Then we moved up to the bottom of page one. We got better each year, I put 40 hours in weekly, researched all the players, learned who they played and who they won and lost to.

I was learning a ton every day and every year we got better. I changed players yearly to improve our TEAM.

So you have it right as always. I worked at it like a full time job and finally 2019 4th place, 2020 4th place, 2021 1st place, 2022 Championship with you on the team that full year, 2023 2nd place, 2024 Championship again with you.

This year up for grabs.

But to answer your other question, absolutely I worked hard every year to get to that spot. After your joined that the piece we were missing. You do everything I do, only better. Anyway, it takes work. Like anything in life.

Amalgamating smaller teams and the like is a step in the right direction, and this has been said already. (By more than one poster).

I know you have worked very hard over the years to get to where you are and there were other players that we got which helped improve our clan, it wasn't just me, I am just a small piece of the bigger picture. Your very kind words are much appreciated.

I Find it strange you would get thumbs down for telling everyone the HARD work you put in for the last Decade plus to get to where you are today. People like that, that thumb down hard work, I really have no time for.

I agree with all the points you have made in this thread. We really need solutions, which I have tried to give, but they seem to be completely ignored. Why? It would take a lot of hard work!!!

Why do you continue to insult people telling them to "keep up"!!! Do you even understand how insulting that is to a person. Or are you just doing it intentionally as you can't put your point across???? As I have said working together is much easier than working against each other!!! FACT~!

I asked Michael to please stay out of it, until he felt he had to say something, he has been following this thread probably closer than you. You just listen to what YOU have to say.
