I use to play in a chess league or a Club what ever you wish to call it and 1 point would go to the winner nothing to the loser.
Are the clans not a TEAM sport my friend? Of course it is an interesting idea, but at the same time your are penalizing the TEAM who does win to a degree.
We already have draws in Clan Challenges which I only see in European fooball (Nort ...[text shortened]... e wins, but loser at least gets 1 point. That wouldn't work well with Chess, I don't believe.

No, chess is not a team sport. It's a bunch of individuals in a team, not a team sport. There's a difference.
The games themselves could be considered an individual effort, but it is indeed the TEAM who win or lose. Ask any Clan Leader who isn't new at this.
My old Clan Leader use to say: there is no "I" in Team. We win as Team we lose as a Team. That is arguably the best clan leader we have had on this site who said this, and it stuck in my head. We have to depend on each other and pick each other up.

Darts, golf, snooker, pool, tennis, badminton you are comparing to the ROYAL GAME OF CHESS!!! Even in those they are also played in teams not just individuals, of course you already know that, so I really don't see your point my friend.

Don't play a "Ghost" trying to tell me what to do. You are the one started saying it wasn't a Team sport, many would disagree with you if there is more than one on one it is a TEAM SPORT!!! 1. Amalgamation of smaller clans to make larger more competitive Clans
2. To have Co-Clan Leaders, to help make challenges to ease the burden on the Clan Leader. (Please note I am not personally looking to be a Co-Clan Leader), but think it would certainly help the Clan leaders who may not have the time, who are still working people.
3. Go into the Greeters section, You Trevor and Bish are all more than capable of picking out players that would help your individual clans run by Bish and Trevor, maybe the hardest part would be to get them to subscribe, but I think it would be worth a try. Hell I would buy the Subscription if I found a player(s) our Clan Needed and that is the truth, so long as they promised to keep playing the whole year. I would go that extra step to try and improve the Clan Challenges and help the Clan Site with Membership.
4. Working TOGETHER instead of against each other and NOT TELLING each other what to do would go a long way, as no one likes to be told what to do. WE can accomplish more by working together than against each other that as for sure.
