"'We are told in the New Testament that we are “partakers of the divine nature” and that “we will be like Him.” This means that we are becoming God in life and nature.'"

I cannot fathom that stretch. How can anyone say that being a "partaker" and "be like him" means "becoming God"?

It is a blasphemy to say "God said" when He didn't say it at all. To mischaracterize the ...[text shortened]... is why so many cults exists today.

It's akin to adding to, and taking away from the Word of God.
    Blasphemy indeed.

Let's hope sonship reflects on your words.

Christians are advised to avoid these 'higher truths' from Witness Lee and stick to scripture.

Notice: No substantial rebuttal whatsoever. Just Genetic Fallacy flag waving.

The phrase " high peak revelattion" is derived from the instance in Revelation the climax of the Bible WHERE JOHN IS CARRIED AWAY TO A GREAT AND HIGH MOUNTAIN to see a vision of the sign of the climax of all God's work in the New Jerusalem.

"And he carried me away in spirit onto a great and high mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God." (Rev. 21:10)

From THIS Imagery we derive the expression "high peak revelation".

The ignorance of the ignoramous ignorantly puts out his ATHEIST mockery of the expression. To see that God exists would be quite enough for this man as a high peak revelation.

Follow him at your own loss.

The post at the top of this page, highlighting your blasphemy, was from a Christian, not an atheist.

Not bothering to read Ghost's remarks much, does PB1022 have a comment so far?
    You asked the questions PB1022.

(which I still have more to write about)

In the meantime I challenge anyone who has challenged me for using expressions not found in the Bible -

Show me the phrase explicitely "going to heaven" in the word of God.

I will include "go to heaven".

Since you wish to object to "Son-izing" or "God-izing" I IN TURN request of ANYONE to show me in the Bible the phrases going to heaven or go to heaven.

That may keep a few of you busy while I collect some thoughts on continuing to reply to PB1022 amid snarks, trollisms, mockery, etc.

Come and argue with me Christianity.

Show me in the Bible the phrase "going to heaven" or "go to heaven".

I'm out here on a limb now.
Here's a opportunity to see my Bible study fall flat!

For the one or two of you who have the good sense not to attempt to prove the phrase "going to heaven" or "go to heaven" is in the Bible.

Maybe, just MAYBE you can appreciate the phrase "high peak revelation" verses the dumbed down traditional phrase "going to heaven".

The high peak revelations from Witness Lee are blasphemous.

Christians have noted this to be true.

Thunderous silence on "GOING TO HEAVEN" or "GO TO HEAVEN".
    I'll check back latter.

PB1022, I have not finished with your three legitimate questions yet.
