Breakfast, either a bowl of muesli with milk or a fried egg and toast or fruit salad with yogurt and various seeds. Sometimes green tea, still have the odd coffee but not as much or just a glass of water. Used to have 2 scrambled eggs quite regularly but cutting back.

Stees, the book you recommended - Rules of Civility - does it mention anything about go-go dancers?

Yes, please. All of that. Some substitutions, though. You can take off the pancakes, I'll have the French Toast instead, without syrup. Including small bowl of oatmeal, no brown sugar, include a sliced small banana instead. And oh, yeah, instead of Rye, toast me up some whole grain wheat bread. I have to power through a gruelling workout later. I'm at my fighting weight and could use the fuel.

Thanks, Steve. It's been a long time since a man cooked for me. 😍
Now "normally" we don't do substitutions but seeing that it's you Suzi and you need a specific "fuel" I will, just this once, make an exception. Enjoy.

Well it's been a while since I read it (relatively speaking of course) but my memory is GREAT with really old ones and not so GOOD with the newer ones. I have delved into the depths of my recent memory and have decided that, to the best of my abilities to remember, I don't think so. πŸ€” πŸ˜€

Good, then we shouldn't compete with them, should we? πŸ™‚ We offer cosy book-shelves, a dart board, nice music and good quality wine for those who would prefer that.

No go-go dancers if I have a say here.

Sorry Earl, I hope it doesn't mean that we lose you as our cherished customer?
