Wow, faked a smiley. Look at my post above capturing the lie.

Your 'example' does not apply to the thing we were discussing. When you realised this you changed the full stop to a : to generate the smiley. How embarrassing for you.

I notice you edited out the example I gave of your own poor grammar.

But here's the thing. We 'all' occasionally make spelling or grammatical errors. Every one of us. So for you to pounce on people for doing something we all do as a cheap excuse to call them 'near illiterate' is pretty sad.

I do not mean to change the topic too much, but I am surprised by how much you associate white people with racism.

It is really common for people in E. Asia to speak among themselves in disparaging ways about black people, talking about how they are scared of them or that they think of them as being violent or primitive.

Every year, countless controversies are sparked by Koreans showing this attitude, occasionally even donning blackface.

Thinking of whites as exceptionally racist does not really make sense to me, IMO. I think yuo must be ignoring a lot of your interactions with Asian people when making this assessment.

@Philokalia

Phil, Americans, and perhaps Westerners in general, have no idea how much lighter we are in regards to racism.

I just read an interesting story about the war going between the Ethiopians and the Tigrayans.
Tigray is a semi-autonomous section within Ethiopia, and is about 1/10th the size of Ethiopia.

Just the Tigray region alone has 82 different ethnicities and yes, some brutal battles and
some ethnic cleansings are known to take place often, even during this war.

The naïve Americans are sitting there going, "Well, shoot! We gots us whites, blacks and Latinos." Whooooa!
And liberals are preaching that America is the most racist country in the world and the white people should be punished.

jeeeeeeeeeeezus. 🤔

I think this is just sophistry -- it creates a situation where only one race of people are responsible for modernity's cardinal sin, Racism, and everyone else is more or less off the hook.

Nobody can actually even be compared to white people.

White people, alone, harbor racism; and they, alone, can be called guilty of it.

Racist is just a term that now exists to be applied to whites that disagree with you.

This is such a load of old bollocks, I can’t believe I’m reading it.

Just because it has zero impact doesn’t make a sentiment any less racist.

My opinions on this forum have zero impact, and I’m blmaed constantly (by you) for being a white male sexist / racist.

Which in itself is already pathetically ignorant of who I am or where I stand politically.
