There are more wildfires because there are more people that cause forest fires.
There is also forest mismanagement. Forest fires would be easier to contain if the forest service did controlled burns. If you don't do controlled burns you get out of control forest fires.

Nice point, forest fires in nature are not common, occasionally lit by lightning and when there are no roads and towns acting as fire breaks they're far worse, there's nothing to stop their rampage.

Edit: Or indeed massive planes burning thousands of liters of jet fuel dumping water on the fire. Vivify wants solar powered drones to put the fires out haha.

The idea that humans were causing runaway global warming originated with the Club of Rome. Formed in 1968 by David Rockefeller. In the Sixties Maurice Strong became very rich from Canada’s oil industry.
