HATEFUL EIGHT Another former Putin ally dies after ‘falling down several flights of stairs’ as eight cronies are mysteriously killed

A FORMER Putin ally and top aviation expert has died in Moscow, becoming the latest of the Russian president's associates to meet his end in a mysterious fashion since the start of the war in Ukraine.

Anatoly Gerashchenko, the former rector of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), died after reportedly falling down a series of flights of stairs on Tuesday.

It's worth a quick look, 8 top Putin allies mysteriously die since the war. Sounds like there is
an underground movement that is clearly against the war and Putin.

Interesting!

Cuba was never annexed by the USA - or show me the link.

Bay of Pigs and several assassination attempts on Castro is because America in the cold war was paranoid
about having a communist country in our hemisphere, not to mention right next door.
Sure it was. The USA invaded Cuba and took it from Spain.

"Bay of Pigs and several assassination attempts on Castro is because America in the cold war was paranoid about having a communist country in our hemisphere, not to mention right next door."

How do think Russia feels about having a western controlled country right next door? The same, right? It is essentially the same thing. The parallels are striking.

When you think of the culture wars some US and European right wingers have an affinity with the current regime in Russia.
Most US right wingers I would say have been more pro Ukraine than some left wingers to be fair.
MB is neither it just supports and propagates whatever causes the most division in the west in general.
Russia is not losing the war. All battles have setbacks.

Putin is paranoid for the same reasons, just that it is the other way around this time.
Russia's former colony is right next door and was trying to join NATO after the USA overthrew the democratically elected gov. by coup and installed a puppet dictator.

Biden Administration Throws Cold Water on Ukraine Joining NATO

Ukraine, despite their efforts, was never a realistic prospect for joining NATO and haven't been since 2008 when they first expressed interest in doing so. That's because Ukraine never has and still doesn't meet NATOs requirements.

NATO is just a scapegoat for Putin's warmongering.

We've been all through this but you keep pedaling the same misinformation.

NATO officially declared long ago that the Ukraine would eventually be admitted into the alliance. I've already shown you there are no mandatory steps to achieve membership besides the unanimous consent of present members and any interim requirements are waivable (as they were in the recent cases of Sweden and Finland).

Russian concern over the Ukraine being admitted to NATO predates Putin's Presidency and the Western desire to push the military alliance to Russia's borders despite 1990s assurances it would not do so has been a source of friction for decades.

Rubbish!

Ukraine had their NATO ambitions written into their constitution. They were trying and Jake Sullivan is a liar. He even admitted it.

And you are wrong. This has been pointed out to you.

There's a reason why NATOs Membership Action Plan exists, which NATO stated two decades ago Ukraine needs to complete, which they never did.

Finland and Sweden don't have the economic, political and social problems that MAP is designed to address like Ukraine does.

That is irrelevant. They were trying and Russia was very unhappy about it. Did you expect Russia to wait until they did complete those things?

They don't "need" to complete anything if they get unanimous consent.

Why you keep pretending differently is a puzzle.

It's been two decades since NATOs Bucharest summit when Ukraine aspirations for joining were formally recognized. Two decades later, Ukraine was no closer to joining when Putin invaded.

NATO is just Putin's scapegoat.

NATO explicitly declared Ukraine was to complete MAP before joining. Go argue with them.
