No it doesn't.
It has had 105,317 per 1 million.
It now has about 3,000 cases per one million.
2/3 of its cases occurred last year. Portugal didn't get to 50% of its population vaccinated until June 25th of this year by which time it had 870,000 cases; it has had less than 200,000 since then. And more than 95% of its COVID deaths occurred before June 25th of this ...[text shortened]... tugal/
