You say they **could have** died as a result of the riot.Fair enough,,,,that’s one possibility.But they also **could have** died for reasons unrelated to the riot. Possibility is not evidence, and speculation isn’t a substitute for establishing causation.
And you seem to be playing the ploy ‘could have” now? In that case, they **could just as easily not** have died because of the riot. “Could have” proves only one thing, and that is that we’re speculating. If we’re interested in facts, let’s stick to those instead.

Did I overload Susie at last post? I wanted to ask her about the free grocery stores. How these people don’t think past their nose. The store will not have any meat or any bakery or any deli, as well as I can tell, only prepackaged type groceries. The plan is that the groceries will be 30% less. People will go in there and buy as much as that as they can and take it out on the street, clearing out the shelves. On the black market, they willsell it for 15% less , and ipocket the difference. That’s just for starters. !! of course this will leave the shelves cleared out, while the folks in need come in and find stripped grocery shelves. They will enact a rule that you can only buy a certain amount of groceries. I thought this was a free Country. Uh-oh I have gotten myself started, I think I will get a beer.
