EDIT: Have you Sir been living under a rock? This is what the little group you appear to be a part of now do when they don't like something or someone they give thumbs down. It is old, I was asked to do the same thing when I was a part of the little group. You have much to learn!!! I refused to play along with the thumbs down business to appease a certain person, who is the ring leader of the thumbs down brigade!

Such accusations were once made about the Ghost Chamber coordinating thumbs down. However, as a member of that club yourself, you know first hand those accusations were without merit.

The reality then, as now, is that grown up people makes their own independent decisions about thumbing posts up or down.

But I can see how such a conspiracy theory is easier for you to swallow than the alternative.
