Unscheduled Outage [resolved] Timeout suspension in place.

An outage lasting over 4 hours occurred throughout the early hours of 27th June. (GMT/UTC).

A timeout suspension will be in place at least 24 hours.

Apologies for the inconvenience, this was a failure in monitoring which again will be reviewed to improve response times to future issues.

Can I have a RHP site monitor badge since I told you on twitter? 😆

My vacation flag is up now due to app testing, and was not the cause of the lengthy outage. A vacation does sound nice though.
