When the Ghost Chamber was set up to siphon off the "best" posters at the expense of the General Forum ~ explicitly to ostracize Very Rusty... and then a thread was started, in private, to smear divegeester with a false accusation that was followed by an exponential increase in the number of red thumbs he was getting, then divegeester started describing it as a "clique" which strikes me as accurate rather than paranoid ~ and certainly not "a religion".

You told me that you were going to get all the active posters you happened to like from the General Forrum to join your club but exclude Very Rusty ~ whom you and Suzianne had been bullying day in and day out for a few months. You repeated the invitation three times in three PMs. Your banter about pixies and flying elephants does not alter these facts. I find it interesting that you do not care that the person you are directing this banter at - me - knows you are lying, and knows you know it too.

Ghost of a Duke's lie about why he started the club and how he pitched it to us is an interesting crossing-of-a-line. He has decided that it just doesn't matter to him if you and I know, without any doubt, that he is lying through his teeth.

A Rusty free zone, yes. A place where GF users could post on threads that stayed on topic, especially those relating to creative writing threads, yes.

Did I think the GF would be made defunct by the creation of a club and that people were not capable of posting in both? - Don't be daft.

The club was created at a time when Rusty posted in almost every thread in the GF and was the last poster in the last 20 threads. This included the writing competition thread that created a lot of frustration. The club provided a place where threads could stay on track, especially the creative writing threads. But then, you know that already.

Rusty doesn't post that way any more, and indeed is now a member of the club in question. (But then, you know that already).
