This is good. But the human judiciary is not omniscient and is missing some facts.
With a well enough paid lawyer you can outwit the judiciary at their own game sometimes.
It is impossible to outwit God.
Every judge on the human appointed judiciary is also a candidate to appear at last judgment.
We give it to politicians.
In the main it works.
It has use and prevents a total slide into chaos.
But for eternity every politician also is candidate to appear before the great white throne of the last judgment.
Human government has a function to arrest the complete slide into social chaos.
But the final Judge of all mankind is God.
"Because He [God] has set a day in which He is to judge the world in righteousness by the man whom He has designated, having furnished proof to all by raising Him from the dead." (Acts 17:31)

Only God is the infallible Judge.
Charles Manson killed about five people.
Do you think he really paid for his crimes under what civil authorities can do, putting him behind bars with no parole?
Why do so many mass murderers, after they have killed others, turn their weapon upon themselves and kill themselves? They probably THINK that by doing this they will escape having to deal with man's laws. Maybe they also can no longer live with themselves by their own conscience.
God still awaits them.
