And what would you call someone with no religion?

You can still have no religion and continue to believe in God.

I am not convinced this is true***.

However you can have a religion and not believe in a god or gods [Buddhism].

More to the point though, it should have been "lack of belief in gods" and not
as RC said "... belief that there is no God".

*** Is Deism a religious belief? I would contend that it is, but I suspect others may
disagree on that point.
It should however have been "believe in a god or gods"... and not "believe in God".
Because we are not talking specifically about monotheistic Christianity, but about
religious belief in general. Also, god is not a name it is a description, and shouldn't
be capitalised.

not just dangerous, but often mentally ill.

I am still not convinced that the general populace understands what mental illness is. And often they are in denial of mental illness that they or their loved ones suffer.
The pilot who crashed into the mountain is a good example of seemingly good people (pilot) who were dangerous and mentally ill who flew under the radar , no sweat.

He was only "dangerous" because he was allowed to fly a plane, not because he was mentally ill.

So are you saying people with certain mental health issues aren't dangerous?

It's seems pretty clear that divegeester was talking about Andreas Lubitz, no?

No, I'm saying that the guy who crashed the plane into the mountain was only dangerous because he was permitted to fly a plane, not because he was mentally I'll.

Yes of course. Unless whodey knows of there being other airliners which have been crashed into mountains since I've been offline.

But at the risk of you feeling I'm avoiding your point, which is what you do repeatedly by the way, yes of course, some people with "certain mental illnesses" are inherently dangerous.
