No, God is not a bigot.

Stop trying to justify your own bigotry.

No. Someone like you did, but it wasn't God.

Does Mosaic law determine your sins?

Are not gentiles, and Christians in particular, free from judgement under Mosaic law?

Should we stone you if you work on Sunday? How about for eating shellfish?

I think you just relish the idea of being judge, jury, and executioner.

Great response for a person who rejects the Bible's truth.

Yes, but seriously, who cares?

The rest of us have moved on, towards Jesus. Try to keep up.

And answer the question: "Should we stone you if you work on Sunday? How about for eating shellfish?"

their own religion. I have had to tell some (in real life and on here) what the
Immaculate Conception is and many do not know how the bible came into existence.

I know very little about Christianity but it is still more than some Christians.
The message in christian spirituality is the same as any other spiritual message. And gleening your posts I can see you can recognize truth.

Be righteous and all will come to you

I think Joseph smacked her on the head and rooted her. She awoke to 'angels' dancing around her head and was none the wiser to y there was seed in her.

As if god wouldn't get down and dirty. Sheesh. It created everything.

Too often you would ask a Christian who makes a statement of doctrine, for Biblical support and references for statements made, and none are produced. The only conclusion one can make about that is that he does not know. On the contrary atheists have often told Christians what statement ...[text shortened]... the bible.

Or maybe atheists are more honest and forthright about the contents of the Bible.

Every Christian needs to make some conclusion about Mosaic law and stick to it.

If God commanded it, certainly there was a reason for that, wasn't there? If God did not command it, what does it mean that it is there? What does it mean that Jesus believes in the validity of Moses? Etc.

Sounds like you are saying that Christians should keep the Law of Moses because God commanded it. Am I understanding you?

Yes, the Mosaic Laws do point out sin. This is what Paul proclaimed. This is what Jesus asserted when he said we must be more righteous than the Pharisees.
