Ask him to prove he can get a draw.

I declined draw - it`s the best way to ask 🙂

freedom of speach is a national thing. If you want freedom of speech, go talk to your neighbor. To express my point: if Russ wanted to delete every pro-christian post on RHP, he could legally do it. It wouldn't be a against the freedom of speech: it's his right to do. On the other hand, it would be stupid to clamp down on any group, cause it would drive people away....

but yeah....it would be best to just ignore Tchex in this case...

in my book, being a racist is well enough to be on any kind of avoid list.

I wonder if he'll report his neighbour for violating his rights if he (the neighbour) shuts the door on him.

So Korch has to respect your right to free speech, but you don't have to respect his right to ignore you if he wants? If someone calls me on the telephone and I hang up on that person, am I violating his or her right to free speech? Of course not! If I'm watching T. V. and I turn the sound off when a commerical comes on, am I violating the advertiser"s right to free speech? I'm no constitutional scholar, but my hunch is I'm not.

I have always found Ty to be a courteous and gentlemanly player. It was always a pleasure to play him. Maybe you pissed him off? 😕

Is this accusation founded?

Why do we still discriminate against thought processes in this day and age?
I wouldn't put anyone on an ignore list for being racist.

How anyone chooses to select people for their ignore list is their own business. I'm a bit more concerned about an open accusation in the public forums against someone's character. I'd much like to see some evidence to support that attack, or see it recanted and/or removed.

It's not an attack, so much as saying "you're capitalist" or "you're socialist" or "you're pro-abortion" would be an attack. It could be accurate, or inaccurate.

Calling it an attack is discriminating against racists by assuming them to be worse people than others.
