As of this very second, there are 17392 players on RHP. The 8696th player is Mickeymongoose, rated 1320.

I know someone that is 2100+ FIDE and is struggling here to get 2000 (with no success yet 🙁 ) -not a subscriber

I know someone that should be about 1800 FIDE (it is not a rating, only a subjective evaluation based on HIS OTB level and results in friendly games) and who is 2200+ here. - a subscriber

so it is difficult to compare...

There is no correlation between ratings in one realm and ratings in another.

In ELO rated games, when a player receives a 2500 rating, he prepares to play for norms.

On RHP he is purged for cheating 😉
