Question for 1..e5 players

I have a lot of success with KG on lichess at bullet, 0ne minute games. Most of my losses at that time control is because I move too dam slow, but when the clock ticks I am usually up at least a rook and if I do move fast enough it's all over for them. I switch between time controls, 3 minute and such and then regular tournie times on another site called Magicplay, online chess.
I don't want to be set in my ways only good for fast games so I get in all the time control games 1 minute total to 3 minute per move.
