Here's my input:
As white:
-King's Gambit (1. e4 e5 2. f4)
-Smith Morra Gambit (1. e4 c5 2. d4 cxd4 3. c3)
-Danish Gambit* (1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3)
-As black:
-Latvian Gambit (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f5)
-Albin Countergambit (1. d4 d5 2. c4 e5)
*For the Danish Gambit, I would think that the Half-Danish variation (1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3 dxc3 4. Nxc3) is as reasonable as most gambits come, but if you want a hard-core gambit, go with the real Danish Gambit accepted variation (1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3 dxc3 4. Bc5 cxb2 5. Bxb2).

Milner-Barry? Smith Morra? the guy asks for sound gambits and you give him crap. Here are some sound gambits. The Marshall gambit in the Ruy Lopez, the Benko Gambit, the poisoned pawn variation of the Sicilian Najdorf
Some are more sound, some are less sound.

I play the King's Gambit myself, so I suppose I must think it OK.
The Morra Gambit is barely correct. There was recently a thread on the Morra with lines that cast doubt on its soundness. Also white must know c3 Sicilian lines for when black declines the gambit.
The Danish Gambit is probably playable but doesn't cause black any special problems, especially if he declines with 3...d5
The Latvian leads to a clear positional advantage for white after 3.Nxe5 (Latvian threads passim ad nauseam).
The Albin? Not sure, maybe worth having another look at.
The Marshall and Benko, both of which I have played and still do from time to time, are clearly very respectable. As far as the Marshall is concerned, at below GM levels very few players seem to allow it! The Schliemann is the most direct counter gambit against the Lopez.

Milner-Barry is just good for Black I'm afraid to say.
Actually, as a French player I'm not sad to say that at all.
Most gambits against French should be not too good in theory ... though I've just lost to one so I know as well as anybody that in practice they can be tricky.
That said, Milner-Barry may be one of the best known gambit lines against the French but it's also one of the worst.
