If you offered a conditional move, the condition wasn't fulfilled.
This type of query is usually offered in the Help forum. In the General forum you're more likely to get trolled.

No, you can't.

You can enter more than one conditional move in the site. But those are not sent to your opponent. Your opponent is very much free to do as he pleases, and if he plays a move you didn't have a conditional for... well, more fool you!
