oatmeal on ocassion
raisin bran when I get plugged

Nothing wrong with a big breakfast though, better than eating a lot at night...
Scrambled or poached eggs with some kind of wholegrain bread with seeds, porridge or fruit salad with usually strong black coffee or sometimes green tea for me.
With the odd Irish fry 😉

Nothing wrong with a big breakfast though, better than eating a lot at night...
