All presidents have speech writers. They work in conjunction with the president to shape their message into a good speech. The content, the ideas, the beliefs in the speech belong to the person, the president, giving the speech. I really hope you represent a small minority of the voting public, regardless of party affiliation.
No, I do not argue that point. Every president has speech writers. Their presidents sat with them to compose the intent, the ideas, the points he wanted to get across.
Biden does not want to 'get across' anything except that he wants to go to bed.
You are way wrong if you think for a second that he has anything to do with his speeches. Obama on down are putting this tripe out there. You don't strike me as disingenuous. I guarantee that he has no idea about the border, except that his writers have said.."leave it all to us, we will get millions of new democratic votes by November 23, the dem presidency will be secure forever thereafter'..
Susan Rice, all those secretive lieutenants in the WH, are running this country.
Tell me I am wrong. He is a sick old man and worries about falling down. Or, maybe he doesn't?

Kennedy’s, for example, was Ted Sorenson. So what if Sorenson and not Kennedy himself composed “ask not …” ? It was Kennedy’s moment and he made the most of it; if Sorenson had spoken the same words on that same day, they would not have had any impact.

Correct.
Uhhh, as was once said by someone..."Senator Quayle, I knew John Kennedy, and you are no John Kennedy'.
Biden is no John Kennedy.
The point of your post goes right over my head. Do you not get that Biden is senile and has nothing to say? Yet, he is saying something, and it must be coming from somewhere.

I get that. Biden is past his sell-by date, and maybe he made some money on the sly through his half-witted son (or maybe he didn't). He's still less of a danger than that maniac Trump.
