Umm. The information was obviously false, the state of Michigan had to go out of their way to prove it which they did in the report you provided, case closed. If anything, the state of michigan should have sued for legal expenses.

This is very different from FOX News . THere's a paper trail, the people working for Fox all knew the statements were fake and they pushed them onto the air anyways because they knew it would drive ratings and eyeballs and ad revenue. They deliberately discredited a company that ran on trust. That's going to cost you.

If it was false why didn't Dominion sue them? It is clear defamation to lie about that. There has to be a reason Dominion decided not to sue them and get money from it. What is that reason?

Yet Dominion was to scared to sue him. Probably because he was not lying or not lying about everything. Dominion must have decided it was not worth the money they would get because they had something to hide. It must have been pretty important to them to hide it to give up lawsuit money.

Ramsland got away with it. He must have done something right. Dominion took it up the ass and Ramsland must be laughing about how he did something clever. He appears to be untouchable.

No, I did not say it was higher then. It was about the same as a couple of years ago, so it is probably higher now. Yet we have glaciers. All the glaciers melted and there were none during the Pliocene. It was even warmer than the Jurassic Epoch when CO2 levels were really high.

Again, what caused it to be so much warmer back then? It was not CO2.
