Correction: Man made global warming is not a thing.

We just came out of the mini ice age which was triggered by the volcanic winter of 536. Of course the climate is warming. DUH!

What caused the global warming causing all the glaciers to melt during the Pliocene Epoch? CO2 levels were about the same as now so it was not CO2. Right?

Fine that you don’t believe 95% of the scientists… but I tend to think they’re correct and you are wrong.

And why?
Well… because in 1800 there were 1 billion people on the planet, no industry and no cars.

Now there are 8 billion people, buckets loads of industry and roads full of traffic jams.

So it seems perfectly rational to me that this increase of output, has an influence on the climate.

The difference between personal truths and “objective” truths.
With, obviously, scientific truths being relative to the information you have at the time, and new information can change that ...[text shortened]... litician? Or is it “just because his/ her politics align with yours” ?

And how do you check that?

"His truth" or "her truth" is an oxymoron. There is only one truth. Everything else is either speculative or false.

Personally, I don't "believe" anything regarding facts (philosophies that have no truth value are a different matter). Either I know something is true or I suspect that it is true or false to one degree or another, or I know it is false.

I KNOW some thing, like that the Sun rises in the east, that sonhouse will criticize Donald Trump tomorrow, and that Joel Embid will miss much of next season due to injury.

But for most things, I merely suspect they're true or think there's a high probability that they're true.

Politics is mostly philosophy, opinions, or projections, which don't really have truth values.

You need to remember that Tucker Carlson did not lose his job from FOX because he lied about the election. Pirro was the one main person named in the lawsuit and she kept her job. FOX settled by choice when all they had to do was say "we relied on the report from Antrim County so why are you suing us?".
