So the bottom line is one in six rapists are convicted so it is open season on women.

What is also the point is that the police treat the victims as if they were the aggressors.

And people wonder why rape is only reported less than 50% of the time. Yet some people also claim that the woman is in it for the money or the notoriety. Then why isn't it reported more, if that's the case? Anything to blame the victim.
