    Hi,

In this tournament: http://tinyurl.com/ycpaezc8 why were the groups paired in an uneven fashion?

The previous round had the groups more logically paired. But I cannot comprehend the logic for the third round. It almost seems like a random paring. Shouldn't it be groups of two?

I've not looked at the actual tournament , but in every tournament I've ever considered it has stated pairing -random although usually it works out roughly in T.E.R order

Never mind. There are only five players in all.

If there is a leftover player in a round (because of draws from earlier rounds) the first grouping will be a trio rather than a pair.
