Is there a reason why round 1 only has 11 groups instead of 12 and 4 are groups of 5 (instead of 4 as announced)? Obviously those issues are linked...but why? Is it the only tournament affected?

Perhaps no more than 44 players wanted to play this particular tournament?

There are 48 players...enough for 12 identical groups of 4...that's what I don't understand. Might not be a reason for it either, could be a bug...
