Not the latest Whatsapp version downloaded

I read somewhere that the security flaw on whatsapp has been fixed, and that the version to solve it, is v2.19.51 since May 2019.
I updated my phone on the first of July 2019, and it shows version v2.19.188 I don't seem able to get the right one.
Anybody know how to get hold of the correct version?

v2.19.188 > v2.19.51, so all the fixes in previous version will make it into the latest version, one would assume.

Only if I can update to v2.19.51 ?
