Illinios over Baylor ( are you for real? no way Illini are up to the task of beating Baylor! Go Bears!)
Alamo Bowl
Arizona over Oklahoma St. (nah! OkST will overrun these Pac10 wannabes!)
New Mexico Bowl: UTEP over BYU
uDrove Bowl: Fresno State over North Ill.
R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl: Troy over Ohio
Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl St. Petersburg Bowl: Southern Miss over Louisville
MAACO Bowl Las Vegas: Boise St over Utah
San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia: SDSU over Navy
Sheraton Hawaii Bowl: Tulsa over Hawaii
Little Caesars Bowl: Toledo over FIU
AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl: Air Force over GTech
Champs Sports Bowl: WVirg over NCSt
Insight Bowl: Mizzou over Iowa
I think that's all the missing ones!
Since whodey started last to first, I'll go first to last:
New Mexico - BYU over UTEP
Humanitarian - N. Illinois over Fresno St. (Normally MAAC teams do terrible in bowls - 3-16 over the last 5 years - but N. Illinois is a high scoring squad that I think can win a shootout over Fresno St.)
New Orleans - Ohio U. over Troy
Beef O'Brady - S. Miss over Louisville
MAACO - Boise State over Utah (A let down for the Broncos and a Duper Bowl for the Utes; it'll be closer than expected but Boise is still one of the best teams in the country)
Poinsettia - San Diego St. over Navy (Navy usually plays tough in their bowls, but SD St. is a good team that almost knocked off TCU and led Missouri w/ less than a minute to go)
Hawaii - Hawaii over Tulsa (Expect a 52-49 final but Hawaii wins in their own digs)
Little Ceasar's - Florida International over Toledo (I'm not picking 3 MAAC teams to win)
Independence - Air Force over Georgia Tech
Champ Sports - West Virginia over NC St. (The Big East has done very well in these midlevel bowls over the last 5 years and the Mountaineers are the most complete team in that conference)
Insight - Missouri over Iowa (It's going to be a rough year for the Big 10; this looks like a mismatch)
Military - Maryland over East Carolina (Pirates in the Military Bowl is great, but East Carolina gives up more than 43 points a game playing mostly C-USA foes)
Texas - Baylor over Illinois
Alamo - Oklahoma State over Arizona (Arizona a Top Ten team for a while has melted down the stretch. I think it will be a close game though)
Armed Forces - SMU v. Army (June Jones picks up a bowl win)
Pinstripe - Syracuse over Kansas State (Orange win in NYC)
Music City - North Carolina over Tennessee
Holiday - Nebraska over Washington (Huskers destroyed 'em earlier in the year; this one will be closer but same result. Hate bowls which are rematches)
Car Care - Clemson over South Florida (Tigers almost derailed Auburn)
Sun - Notre Dame over Miami(FL) (Kelly has Irish hot at the end)
Liberty - Georgia over Central Florida
Chick-Fil-A- South Carolina over Florida st.
Ticket City - Texas Tech over Northwestern (7-5 Big 12 v. 7-5 Big Ten, but Red Raiders haven't given up 70+ in a game)
Outback - Penn St. over Florida (I changed my mind on this one after Meyer stepped down; Paterno's always tough to go against in a bowl game and the extra turmoil in GatorLand is making me think upset)
Capital One - Alabama over Michigan State ('Bama is still one of the best teams in the country and waxes the pretender Spartans)
Gator - Mississippi St. over Michigan (Wolverines have packed it in)
Go Daddy - Miami (O) over Middle Tennessee (I guess I will pick 3 MAAC teams; Middle Tennessee is the worst team in any bowl)
Cotton - LSU over Texas A&M (Should be a good tight game with two very good defensive teams. I love the Cotton Bowl; how'd it ever it get passed over for the Fiesta as a BCS bowl?)
Compass - Pitt over Kentucky (Pitt's playing well and Kentucky's the worst SEC team to make it to a bowl)
Fight Hunger - Nevada over Boston College (Another WAC win over an AQ conference team)
Rose - TCU over Wisconsin (The Horned Frogs are for real and another midmajor scores a convincing win in a BCS bowl)
Fiesta - Oklahoma over UConn (It'll be closer than expected but Sooners have too much firepower for the Big East champs)
Orange - Stanford over Virginia Tech (Tech's redhot but Andrew Luck is auditioning for pick #1. I think Stanford wins big)
Sugar - Ohio St. over Arkansas (Surprise! I still think the Big Ten isn't a top conference but the Buckeyes have an experienced team that won a BCS bowl last year and the #2 SEC team doesn't always do well in the BCS such as when Bama got blasted by Utah two seasons ago)
BCS Championship - Oregon over Auburn (I think this game is a complete tossup, but the universal laws of Karma say the SEC's reign must end.

There, that about does it!! As for the one pick that pains me the most, I will say that I will be rooting for my Buckeyes, however, to overcome history, namely a 0/10 record against SEC teams, is just too hard to overcome my picking them. :'(
Originally posted by whodeyAll good things come to an end; I think Arkansas is ripe for the picking. Besides, I couldn't go against ALL 8 Big Ten teams (though I went with Penn State after Meyer's resignation).

Originally posted by no1marauderI wholeheartedly agree. Since we don't like the BCS that much then no wieghted games should be given extra points. Point a piece and that's it!
