Is this why it is inscribed 5 times in the Dome of the Rock "la sharika lahi" which is to say "God has no companion" in order to deny the sonship of Christ to the Father? You can play around with words all day but this says it all. Muslims knew then what we know now and that is that the Bible claims Jesus to be the only begotten Son of God.

The vast majority of Americans are God-faring Christians.
So if you are not one of them, then you belong to a minority group - atheists maybe ?

According to the passage eternal life is to know the one true God and Jesus Whom He has sent.

Do you think then that eternal life is only knowing the true God while not knowing Jesus the Son sent by Him ?

You know ... ?

It would be sad indeed if the Dome of the Rock has written five times "God has no companion".

For God wants many companions. The very term "Father" underlines the desire of God to SHARE His divine life with others.

God has the power to produce not only companions of God but sons of God.

But most, if not all of his teachings are found in the Bible, so you must believe in it...

I believe in the Bible. Why else would I quote a verse from it earlier in this thread ?

You just seemed to be avoiding the question...why couldn't you just say "Yes, I believe in the Bible" earlier?

I tend to avoid answering that kind of question because I believe in doing what Christ said to do. That must come first. Studing the Bible and reading and researching etc etc are secondary.
