No, I include in my reasoning:
1.) All the Bible says, (not just some sentences)
2.) The factor of God's existence
3.) The factor of God's personality
4.) The testimony of God's track record as seen in His involvement in history.
These are factors I include in my reasoning process.
And that is in no way blind adherance.
I reason WITH God.
All your reasons are "minus God".
And you think because of that reasoning WITH God as a possibilty is blind
adherance.
I reason with factor of the historicity of Jesus.
You stick your head in the sand and hope to will power His presence in history
away.
That is a willfull blindness and intellectual denial.

What I see is a few Christians reading along and weighing things carefully - as they should. I have no problem with that.
Any brother or sister in the Lord saying I committed sin by believing the stupendous promises of God, I forgive. Some of these things take time.
You should realize with what you purport to know about the word of the Gospel will make you doubly responsible one day at the judgment of God. You can argue about the incarnation and the resurrection yet push Christ's salvation far away from you.

This is not humility for rejecting God's exalting in due time, but their unbelief.

Seems that while you're kicking the word of God to the curb, the word of God once again shows how superficial your words are.
Without the Bible you wouldn't know God at all. God's law is His word. If you want it written on your heart you better read God's word(the Bible)and believe it.
Or you can continue to dismantle it and see where that gets you.
