The only difference between Isis and Iran is, that Isis is proud of their slaughter and rape and wants the whole world to know what they are doing to bring about the caliphate.

So you don't have a clue as to the real motivation of such a deity. The most likely story is man made up the entire edifice and therefore your god has human characteristics like Jealousy, vengeance and so forth. A real deity would be so far above humanity there would be no such human traits with a deity. It's all simply man made which is why there are religions at each other's throats. No god needed for wars.
