Religions are reflections of human culture, fair enough, and I can see how individual humans are flawed as our collective arrangements.
It'd be interesting to hear what you see as a "flaw" of religion, generally, and even more so if it's not just a doctrinal debate about Christianity, something we already have plenty of here.

No, an agnostic is someone who believes in the possibility of a god or gods, but that nothing in known about it or them.
A theist believes that there is a god or gods.
They aren’t the same and therefore you cannot be both.
