Evil (as a noun) isn't something that is created. It's not an object. It is an action. A willful action. Evil (as an adjective) describes an action or an entity, and is also not created.

I still don't see the problem with God--in His effort to save a cherished remnant of the body of the human race--removing the cancer cells and tossing them in the incinerator so they can do no more harm.
