It was the way the householder, unlike me, got so irritated by the Earthquake, Volcano, Tsunami, and Sniper that caused the most tribulations. I was exaggerating about the Meteorite strike.

@josephw saidMy tux didn’t come back from the cleaners once.
That stuff, and more, happens to me everyday.
My cat scratched me just this morning.
@fmf saidDon’t joke!
I was exaggerating about the Meteorite strike.
@suzianne saidYes, I'm sure that was the book I was thinking of. Thank you.
Was it Glimpses of Eternity?
@divegeester saidSo what did you wear? Bermuda shorts and a Hawaiian shirt?
My tux didn’t come back from the cleaners once.
@divegeester saidYet another extraordinary Biblical prophesy. The proof was not revealed to the general population of the Earth about the existence of great mountains burning with fire until CNN started broadcasting in 1980.
“Then the second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned to blood”
Revelation 8:8
@divegeester saidLucifer's Hammer.
Don’t joke!

Revelation 8:8
Well that sounds like a scene from Deep Impact!
If this is literal, and some here seem to want to try on occasion when the mood takes them, to say revelation is ALL literal…then we should be expecting an extinction level event at some point soon…
@josephw saidBlack suit, black hat, sunglasses.
So what did you wear? Bermuda shorts and a Hawaiian shirt?
@josephw saidStarted reading that a few years ago, put it down and never got back to it. Is it worth it?
Lucifer's Hammer.
@fmf saidThat doesn't make much sense. You did a poor job of explaining what you mean.
Yet another extraordinary Biblical prophesy. The proof was not revealed to the general population of the Earth about the existence of great mountains burning with fire didn't come until CNN started broadcasting in 1980.
@josephw saidIt was a fender bender bit of typing, now rectified.
That doesn't make much sense. You did a poor job of explaining what you mean.
"...great mountains burning with fire didn't come..."?
@divegeester saidI read it not long after it was first published.
Started reading that a few years ago, put it down and never got back to it. Is it worth it?
@fmf saidI thought so. No biggie.
It was a fender bender bit of typing, now rectified.
@fmf saidI still don't understand what you mean.
Yet another extraordinary Biblical prophesy. The proof was not revealed to the general population of the Earth about the existence of great mountains burning with fire until CNN started broadcasting in 1980.
